• Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

Return Notice:

• Tweezers: We do not accept returns of tweezers due to personal preference dissatisfaction. If you are new to using tweezers, we highly recommend trying them for short periods each day for at least a week before deciding if they are suitable for you.
• To discuss eligible returns, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to address any issues you may have.

Return Shipping:

• Lashurel does not provide return shipping labels.
• We recommend using an insured and tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
